Our most recently completed development was "Quail Hollow at Starr Pass", a 34 lot semi-custom product from 1700 square feet to 2500 square feet adjoining the 11th, 12th, and 13th fairways of the golf course.
Our newest resort project currently underway is upcoming Alta Loma Estates at Starr Pass. The pride of Starr Pass will be a gated subdivision of high-end, luxury homes along the 17th fairway and 18th tee box, the only new golf course property currently available in Starr Pass. Sitting at the highest elevation in all of Starr Pass, homes and lot are projected to start in the $400,000's with additional lot premiums yet to be determined. Alta Loma is currently the only available new home production product in Starr Pass and, is some of the only rare golf course property in all of Tucson.
